Using ChineseSkill
Yes, you can access ChineseSkill’s content on iOS and Android devices as long as you log in with the same account and the same login method.
*Note: What aforementioned also applies to Basic/Free membership users, although only premium members can access all the premium content.

You can check your login method by clicking on “ME-Profile”:
2. On the website
You can check your login method by clicking on your profile:
*Please note that logging in via email/password, Google, Facebook, AppleID and Huawei will create 5 different accounts. If you would like to change the login method, please contact our support team (nihao@chineseskill.com) and we’ll take care of it for you.
Our premium plans unlock all content and features in the app. You will be able to learn with ChineseSkill without any ads or paywalls.
Click the home button on the left-up corner, you will see”recommended”, “old course”, “panda’s toolbox”.
Under each menu, you will find a place to choose the language you want to use to learn Chinese.
“Test Outs” are used to skip the previous lessons. If you’re confident and want a challenge before or after reviewing the content, or already have prior knowledge of a group of modules, you can pass a Test Out to have immediate access to the next group of modules as you advance in the course. If you don’t pass, you can try again!
Payment & Subscriptions
Thank you for your interest in ChineseSkill’s paid content! You can purchase a membership on any of the platforms below and access it on all of them.
Android users:
You can purchase apps and digital content on Google Play using payment methods from your Google account. If it’s your first time making a purchase, a payment method needs to be added to your Google account.
iOS users:
You can purchase apps and digital content with the payment methods you set up in your Apple ID.
Website users:
You can purchase the membership by Paypal on our official website https://www.chineseskill.com/
⚠Important: Please always log into your account the same way you created it.
iOS users:
1. Please try the “Restore Purchase” button on the pricing page.
2. If “Restore Purchase” doesn’t work, please check if you have logged into the Apple ID with which you bought the membership. Because Restore Purchase won’t work if the Apple ID you’re in did not buy the in-app purchase item.
3. If you can’t still “Restore Purchase”, please offer us the receipt or the purchase record from iOS, and we’ll help activate your membership manually.
Android users:
Try logging out in ChineseSkill and back in.
The ChineseSkill membership is connected to the ChineseSkill account. Whether or not to share the membership is completely up to you, if you do not mind sharing the account data, learning progress, and statistics with other users.
Important reminder: uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.
To cancel, please follow these steps:
iOS users:
Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.

Ultimately, you just cancel the renewal of your subscription.
Our products consist of virtual service-based content. Unless the content is not available for technical reasons, it is non-refundable after purchase. However, if a refund is requested within 48-hours of the transaction date, you may be able to get a refund depending on the details and circumstances of the purchase.
If you’d like a refund for ChineseSkill subscription, please be sure to cancel your subscription prior to your refund request.
Once canceled, you can follow the below steps to request a refund.
